Private and too-intimate information should not be shared with others. All passwords should be strong, long, complex and reset regularly. • Make backups of paramount data. • Be up to date regarding online threats based on announcements made by authorities (e.g., police). • Provide/ Attend training on how to navigate and work safely and responsibly when online (e.g., how to react on suspicious files, how to delete information/accounts, who to contact if suspicious information come into the spotlight, how to prevent/tackle online bullying). • Have learning contracts that dictate the accepted online behaviour (e.g., what to share online, what to say when replying to forums and how to communicate with each other in a respectful manner). Everyone should comply with these.
