Project Number: 2020-1-DE03-KA226-SCH-093410 Phase 4. Implementing After the development of learning content, we can implement instruction. This includes: A. Training/preparation of the instructor(s)/leaders. The instructors involved ensure that they can teach using the content and the tools. Additional technological/pedagogical training is beneficial, especially if the instructors were not the ones who prepared the content or did not engage with the learning design process. The school leaders, support staff, parents/guardians need also to be ready for the implementation of distance learning, considering administration, organisation, communication across all parts of education. B. Training/preparation of the learners about the instruction, ensuring that enrollment is completed, they have access and can participate in the online learning environment. They also need to be familiar with or even trained on how to use the digital tools and LMS. C. Organisation of the learning environment/space. We need to ensure that everything is in place, in terms of the material, the activities, and technical aspects of the environment. We should be able to overcome any barriers that may arise, for instance the system fails, to promote seamless interaction in the learning process.
