Overview This section includes a detailed checklist adapted from the SELFIE tool that has been produced by the European Commission (2019) and the TET-SAT tool (2017) prepared within the Erasmus+ project MENTEP. On the one hand, SELFIE is an original tool for schools and educational institutions, to measure the effectiveness of the integration of digital technologies into education and training. SELFIE works as an assessment; based on the results, a customised report is produced to help educational organisations prepare an action plan for proper incorporation of new technologies in learning. On the other hand, TET-SAT assist teachers in reflecting on the effectiveness technology incorporation into education, in terms of digital pedagogy, digital use and production, digital communication and collaboration and digital competence. The tool refers to technology-enhanced face-to-face instruction. Since there is no such tool for guiding and assessing the delivery of distance learning, the consortium of the “EUVHS” project has developed a practical checklist, adapting topics and findings from the above tools. The checklist is divided into eight (8) areas that cover the whole spectrum of educational programmes, resembling the SELFIE tool.
